Exam Fees

▬ For a standard scheduled surgery, phone calls from Dr. Casna preop and postop are included in the price of surgery.
▬ Requested in-person consultation for a pre-scheduled same day surgery - $175
▬ Requested in-person consultation to discuss possible surgery - $250

  • Availability limited to 1 per hospital with another surgery scheduled that day

  • Will discount surgery $50 if surgery scheduled within 2 weeks

▬ Requested recheck phone call with Dr. Casna - $50 – limited availability

▬ Requested recheck in-person with Dr. Casna - $100 – limited availability

Cancellation Fee: $175

▬ If cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled surgery day (email time stamp or primary care vet direct call to Dr. Casna)

Orthopedic Procedures

How are we different?

As a specialist with advanced training in minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, Dr. Casna utilizes small cameras and intraoperative imaging to reduce dissection, optimize healing and patient comfort and reduce anesthesia time. These capabilities are not commonly found in mobile surgery.

Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) recommended for cranial cruciate ligament deficient stifles (CCL or ACL tears)
